Upcoming estate sales in Charlottesville
A short email when a sale is on the calendar, and when notable items go online.
In-home sales and online listings do not help anyone who hears about them after the good pieces are gone. The list is how we tell people a sale is coming, and how we point to notable items once they are listed.
You'll hear about sale dates and about pieces listed on the Charlottesville Estate Cleanout online shop, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and other sites we use for that sale. The list is for sales and listed items only.

How it works

We write when a sale is on the calendar, with the date and the place.

We write again when standout items are listed, and where to find them.
- 4
Reply anytime and we'll take you off the list.
Upcoming Estate Sales questions
- What will you email me?
- Upcoming in-home sales, and notable items when they are listed online. Not a general newsletter.
- Is there a sale on the calendar right now?
- Sales are announced as they are scheduled. If you don't see one posted, the email list is how you'll hear about the next one.
- Can I ask about buying something from a cleanout that isn't a public sale?
- Public sales and listed items are what's offered. A cleanout in progress is not a sale, and items are not pulled out of a family's house for side inquiries.
- How do I get off the list?
- Reply to any notice, or call, and ask to be removed.
