Orange County
Estate Cleanouts in Gordonsville, VA
A historic town at the Orange and Louisa line, about half an hour from Charlottesville.
Gordonsville sits where Routes 15, 33, and 231 meet, about thirty minutes northeast of Charlottesville. In-town houses are older and close to the street. Outside town, the properties pick up sheds, shops, and the leftovers of a longer occupancy.
The town is also the door to western Louisa. A Gordonsville job and a Zion Crossroads job are often the same day on the schedule.
In-town loading
Main Street houses sometimes have nowhere to stage a truck except the driveway or a side street. A photo of the front of the house is enough to plan it.
County line does not change the job
One side of town is Orange County and the other leans toward Louisa. Neither offers a whole-house bulk pickup. The cleanout works the same way on both sides.
